Filled the application online Wednesday next day received a phone call from Patrick Flanagan, was an absolute LEGEND, he was straight forward, easy to deal with and got the interest rate I wanted. Loan was approved the following Thursday, signed loan agreement Friday morning funds were in my account within minutes. Could've all been done the week before but it was Easter weekend public holiday.

After a long month and a half of trying to secure myself an upgrade, we finally made it. Shane who was looking after getting the loan for me, was amazing throughout the entire process, giving step by step instructions that made it incredibly easy to sort out all necessary information and kept me informed the whole time.
